What payments does ZapTix accept? Is it secure?
We accept payments from all major credit cards. We process our payments through Authorize.net, the same payment service used by Amazon.com
How do I check my current sales and when do we get paid?
You can view your real-time sales online, 24 hours a day. You can withdraw funds whenever you like. We send payments by PayPal, ACH, and check.
How much does ZapTix cost?
ZapTix is free for all ticket sellers. We charge no sign-up fees or monthly fees, and there are never any minimum balances to keep. We earn our revenue instead by assessing a small fee to ticket buyers, typically no more than a dollar or two.
